I met CARMEN&INGO at PHOTOKINA in Germany last year. both are very easy going and so much FUN.
another thing I realized pretty fast: they are a TEAM! a good one.
check their blog! they travel around the world for a half year.
they've already been to Asia, Australia and right now they rock New Zealand.
it is amazing to see and to read how openminded they are to the world,
to people, differences and new things.
I am glad they had a stop in Melbourne.
we combined our meeting with a photoshooting in Melbourne on brunswick street, which is one of my favorite streets in Melbourne.
I trully enjoyed every single minute of shooting them.
They are very natural in front of the camera, even if they are most of the time behind it.
Thank you for the beautiful day.
Safe travels. Enjoy to the fullest. Back home "small things" are waiting for you.

I went to another exhibition I wanted to share.
Royal Melbourne Institute of Technology (RMIT) exhibited their final-year works in a former furniture factory as part of the 2010 BA Photography Graduate Exhibition.
It was very different than the first exhibition. not crowded at all.
very sensitive atmosphere, piano music. the first time jazz. the second time classic.
i loved the location. the colour. and the light.
some impressions here

nadia and eddy-i still laughing about some scenes from the shooting.
it was so easygoing and so much fun with you guys.
you are both beautiful, inside out.
i seriously deeply enjoyed your visit. cooking for you, spending some time in my apartment and showing you some spots of mainz. and of course taking pictures of you. i looooove them all!
nadia is very talented photographer. she also just started her business and going almost through the same struggles.
ha-that's what people usually don't see when they look at the beautiful pictures.
i read her email once and was thinking: nadia, welcome in the photography business.
i think all the photographers know what I am talking about.
but this is also what connects us all.
the same things we are going through but also the passion behind it.
so here are the pictures.
i guess now i can say: i have a studio. :)
it's getting cold outside, so we just used the coach in
my living room.

eddy love watching movies, so we got two old fashioned cinemachairs, popcorn and some 3D glasses. :)
